Roles and Responsibilities :
- Monitor application performance using Datadog, Dynatrace, AppDynamics to identify bottlenecks and optimize system resources.
- Troubleshoot issues with server monitoring tools like Nagios and SolarWinds to resolve technical problems quickly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop incident management plans and implement changes to prevent future occurrences.
- Analyze data from various monitoring tools to provide insights on system behavior and recommend improvements.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in IT operations or a related field.
- Proficiency in application monitoring tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, AppDynamics.
- Strong understanding of server monitoring tools like Nagios and SolarWinds.
