Job Title: ERP Applications Specialist

Role Summary

The ERP Applications Specialist is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems that enable critical business operations. Prior familiarity with Certinia ERP is a plus. This role works closely with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to troubleshoot issues, enhance system functionality, and support business process improvements.

In addition to ERP support, the role includes building low-code process flows and automations within Salesforce to streamline workflows and improve system integration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support, maintain, and enhance ERP applications and related business systems.
  • Troubleshoot ERP application issues and collaborate with business users to resolve them.
  • Perform regular product release upgrades and system updates.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations and automation solutions.
  • Develop and maintain low-code workflows, process automations, and Salesforce flows.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to improve business processes.
  • Support system integrations and ensure smooth data flow across applications.
  • Create and maintain system documentation and process guides.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4 6 years of experience supporting ERP systems in a business applications or IT support role.
  • Strong understanding of ERP processes, including:
    • Order Management
    • Finance
    • Procurement
    • Operations
  • Experience troubleshooting ERP application issues and working directly with business users.
  • Hands-on experience creating low-code workflows, process automations, or Salesforce Flows.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations and automation solutions.
  • Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and middleware concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Certinia ERP is preferred.
