Excellent problem-solving skills able to identify, analyze and propose solutions to various consumer, technical and business issues
Exceptional team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Subject matter expert in Manhattan Active platform solutions
Integration experience, with focus on REST APIs, webhooks, and data transformation
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts in business terms across a variety of stakeholders
Support and build strong vendor relationships
Ability to effectively manage change
Exceptional team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Subject matter expert in Manhattan Active platform solutions

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor s degree in Information System Management, Computer Science, or a relevant business area such as Business Management is preferred, but relevant professional experience will be considered.
5-10 years experience working on an order management platform. Manhattan Active Omni is strongly preferred but relevant applications will be considered.
Experience implementing and supporting integration platforms with deep knowledge of API s. Manhattan Integration Framework and SAP IS experience is preferred but relevant platforms will be considered
5+ years experience acting as a team lead, project lead, or some other position of leadership and responsibility greater than individual performer is required
Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, and IBM web methods
Experience in Snowflake, Tableau, SQL, SCI reporting is a plus
Must be able to demonstrate expert ability in the design, configuration, implementation, and support of omni order management functionality
