Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI & Agentic AI Engineer with strong expertise in AWS cloud services to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), autonomous AI agents, and cloud-native architectures. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building Generative AI solutions, multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and deploying scalable AI workloads on AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Generative AI applications using LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Llama, Mistral, and similar models.
• Build Agentic AI solutions capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, tool usage, and workflow orchestration.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using vector databases and knowledge retrieval frameworks.
• Design and implement multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and LangChain.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and third-party services.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI workloads on AWS infrastructure.
• Create scalable AI pipelines for model inference, evaluation, and fine-tuning.
• Implement security, governance, and compliance standards for AI applications.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, ML Engineers, and Product Teams to deliver AI-powered business solutions.
• Optimize prompt engineering, agent workflows, and model performance for production environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 5 10 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI and LLM-based application development.
• AWS Certification is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with multimodal AI (text, image, audio, video).
• Fine-tuning open-source LLMs using LoRA/QLoRA.
• Experience deploying LLMs on AWS Bedrock or SageMaker.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI evaluation frameworks and AI safety practices.
