Job Summary (List Format) for Salesforce Solution Architect:
- Design, modify, and test complex technical architectures aligned with business goals, with an emphasis on Salesforce platforms.
- Supervise and guide development teams to ensure architectural integrity and consistency.
- Research and propose innovative, emerging technology solutions to enhance existing systems.
- Identify and address issues in current technical solutions, minimizing disruption to business operations.
- Evaluate technical decisions and articulate their business impacts, recommending optimal solutions.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, costs, and effectiveness to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams and clients to develop prototypes and proof of concepts for requirements gathering and validation.
- Review implemented solutions to suggest improvements for scalability, performance, and user experience.
- Own the end-to-end design of Salesforce and integrated platform solutions across Sales, Service, and core platforms.
- Document and visually present architecture decisions clearly and effectively.
- Oversee configuration, QA, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions to deliver high-quality results.
- Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Utilize knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom solutions.
- Leverage agile development practices in solution delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (Mandatory)
- Proven expertise in Salesforce platform design and implementation
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom platform solutions
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with agile development practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (B.Tech), or MCA
