Job Title: Equity Dealer

Key Responsibilities

• Execute buy and sell orders in Equity, Derivatives, and other financial products.
• Provide trading support and investment guidance to clients.
• Monitor live market trends, stock movements, and trading activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate order execution while maintaining compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve brokerage and revenue targets through active client engagement.
• Handle client queries regarding trading platforms, market updates, and investment opportunities.
• Maintain records of trades and client interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth account opening and operational support.
• Follow SEBI, NSE, and company compliance guidelines.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Equity Markets, NSE/BSE, and Derivatives.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and client-handling abilities.
• Proficiency in trading platforms and MS Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced market environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives Certification) is preferred (or as required by the organization).
• Experience in stock broking or financial services will be an advantage.
