Residential Building Projects.

Candidates must have worked on residential apartments, high-rise residential buildings, housing projects, and residential townships.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of Electrical BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
• Quantity take-off from electrical drawings and layouts
• Preparation of cost estimates and project budgets
• Rate analysis for electrical items and services
• Vendor and subcontractor quotation evaluation
• Preparation of tender documents and bid comparisons
• Cost control and budget monitoring during project execution
• Coordination with project, procurement, and design teams
• Review of electrical drawings, specifications, and scope of work
• Preparation of variation statements and cost impact assessments

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems
• Expertise in quantity estimation and BOQ preparation
• Knowledge of electrical materials, specifications, and market rates
• Experience in tendering, budgeting, and cost analysis
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
