Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the agency channel, focusing on direct channel sales of life insurance products.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner agencies, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop marketing materials, training programs, and other resources to support sales efforts.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic business decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 6-9 years of experience in agency channel sales or similar role within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and markets; ability to communicate complex concepts simply to non-technical audiences.
