Role & Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze demand data from Sales and Marketing teams.
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts using statistical forecasting techniques.
- Conduct monthly S&OP/SIOP demand review meetings.
- Analyze sales trends, seasonality, and promotional impacts to improve forecast accuracy.
- Prepare consensus demand plans and collaborate with Supply Planning teams.
- Generate KPI reports including Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, and Demand Plans.
- Support MRP and supply chain planning activities.
- Drive continuous improvement in forecasting processes and planning systems.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Forecasting, or Supply Chain Planning.
- Experience with SAP APO, SAP, Kinaxis, ERP, or MRP systems.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Automotive, Manufacturing, FMCG, or Industrial domain experience preferred.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
