Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Work Experience:
- Less than 2 years: U1 Level (Minimum 6 months in Customer Service in an international BPO)
- More than 2 years: U2 Level (Minimum 18 months of international BPO customer service experience)
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to handle basic customer queries related to telecom billing
- Expertise in customer issue resolution
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal and comprehension skills
Computer Proficiency:
- Basic computer knowledge
Work Shift:
- Willingness to work in US shifts
