Role & responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers, corporate agents, and subbrokers.

• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads effectively. [cms.tminetwork.com]
• Support brokers in client meetings and drive product penetration.

Candidate Profile

• Graduation is mandatory

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in Life Insurance (Broca/Broker channel experience preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Good product knowledge of Life Insurance and the broking ecosystem.

• Ability to handle partner sales teams and drive revenue through channel networks.

Prefer Candidate - Life insurance experience in Banca Channel
