Bancassurance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage bancassurance channel sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue growth.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to drive business opportunities through cross-selling life insurance products.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of bancassurance operations, including policy issuance and claims processing.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product development and pricing strategies.
  
• Provide training and support to bank staff on insurance products, policies, and procedures.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in bancassurance or related field (insurance industry).
  
• Strong understanding of life insurance products, sales techniques, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with banks, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  
• Ability to analyze data-driven insights to optimize sales performance and improve customer engagement.
