Cluster Business Manager - Loan Against Property

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of credit analysts to ensure timely disbursement of loans against property (LAP) across multiple locations.
  
• Conduct thorough credit analysis, appraisal, and due diligence on loan applications within specified TAT.
  
• Develop strong relationships with channel partners, customers, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, risk policies, and procedures while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in LAP lending or related field with expertise in credit management, underwriting, or sales.
  
• Strong understanding of local market trends, regulations, and industry practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
