HIRING CLUSTER BUSINESS MANAGER | HOME LOAN & LAP
Locations: Chennai & Sriperumbudur
CTC: Up to 9.5 LPA
Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, ( Team handling experience preferred)
Maximum Age: 38 years
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Home Loan & LAP
- Strong experience in sales and business development
- Experience in managing branches/teams and driving business targets
- Strong knowledge of Home Loan & LAP products
- Experience in handling DSA/connector channels preferred
- Candidates from Banks / NBFCs / Housing Finance companies preferred
- Strong market knowledge and customer acquisition skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Home Loan & LAP business across the assigned cluster
- Manage and motivate the sales team
- Develop DSA/connector relationships and expand the sourcing network
- Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets
- Monitor branch performance and ensure business growth
- Ensure quality sourcing and portfolio performanc
