Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets for LAP (Loan Against Property) and Home Loans.
  
• Build strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, improve customer acquisition, and retention rates.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in NBFC or banking industry with expertise in LAP/Home Loan Sales.
  
• Proven track record of achieving business targets through effective leadership and strategy execution.
  
• Strong understanding of financial products such as mortgages, loans against property, home loans etc. .
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues & external partners.
