Oversee civil scope of wind farm projects from pre-construction through commissioning.

Prepare construction plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.

Manage site grading, road development, turbine foundation construction, and substation civil works.

Supervise geotechnical surveys and site investigations.

Collaborate with design teams to review and approve civil drawings and layouts.

Ensure access roads, crane pads, and laydown areas are designed for wind turbine transport and erection.

Evaluate and appoint civil contractors and vendors.
-
Monitor contractor performance, quality, and adherence to timelines.
-
Review and approve contractor invoices, claims, and change orders.
-
Lead a team of civil engineers, site supervisors, and QA/QC inspectors.

Conduct regular site reviews and ensure resolution of on-site issues.

Ensure compliance with national and international engineering standards (e.g., IS, IEC).
-
Enforce site safety protocols and environmental management plans.
-
Conduct civil inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
-
Interface with stakeholders including turbine suppliers, electrical teams, and land acquisition units.
-
Report progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior management.
-
Maintain records and documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
