Preject Manager - Furniture & Fixtures

Reports to : Top Management/ Directors

JD- Manager- Project

Responsibilities :

• Project Planning & Coordination
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, engineers and vendors to ensure project requirements are met within deadlines.

Execution & Monitoring:

• Oversee the manufacturing, delivery and installation of retail fixtures.
• Track project progress, manage risks and resolve issues to avoid delays.

Vendor & Client Management:

• Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors for material sourcing and installation scheduling.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.

Budget & Cost Control:

• Monitor project expenses to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
• Negotiate with vendors to optimize costs without compromising quality.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• Ensure fixtures meet design specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Education & Experience:
• Bachelors degree in project management, business, construction management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in retail fixtures, construction, or manufacturing.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and retail store layouts.
