Chief Engineer For Club Mahindra Undi - Ratnagiri

Job Description:
The key responsibilities of this function include:

1. To maintain, administrate and supervise entire Engineering department operations of the resort.
2. To implement Standard Operating Procedures of the Department.
3. To ensure the equipment operates at its optimum efficiency.
4. To improve the upkeep of back office and public area.
5. Shall be responsible for developing maintenance schedule based on original equipment manufacturers recommendation and breakdown history of the equipment.
6. To ensure preventive maintenance is carried out as per schedule without fail.
7. To focus on better control of Energy & water consumption
8. To prepare Heat, Light and Power budget for every financial year.
9. All efforts shall be made to reduce the following every year
1. Electrical Energy
2. Thermal Energy (Diesel and LPG, Charcoal)
3. Water
10. Training session for the team members shall be organized every month in batches to spread the awareness.
11. Shall be responsible for daily HLP monitoring with respect to the budget and last year actual
12. To ensure the water quality up to the hygiene standard
13. To ensure the safety of guest, staff and visitors
14. To ensure water treatment plants works effectively to produce quality water.Role & responsibilities
