Job Description
To handle all sites BOQ, Costing and value engineering
To get all sites Budget signed off from Directors
To report to the Directors for cost to complete all projects
To coordinate with Architects, all consultants and various engineering departments
To keep watch on Variance reconciliation, quarter reports , amendments, extra items in estimate , flat changes items , rate analysis ect.
BILLING
To handle billing department for all certification of bills
To coordinate with construction execution department to solve all contractors problems.
To look after for retention and barter cases, debits, advances of contractors
To coordinate with account department for payments
To follow up for work completed item bills
Skills Required:
Civil Engineer with minimum 15 to 20 years experience in Costing and billing function in a Real Estate company.
Should be techno Savvy. ERP Knowledge would be preferred.
