About the Role:
As a Channel Manager Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end technical and operational integration of Channel Managers (CMs) with the OTAs booking platform. You will work closely with internal product, tech, and partner teams, as well as external channel manager vendors and hotel partners, to ensure seamless API connectivity, data accuracy, and booking flow integrity.

What will you be doing:
1. Channel Integration& Onboarding:
  • Support the technical onboarding of new Channel Manager (CM) partners via XML/API integrations.
  • Review API documentation from OTA and CM platforms to help map rates, availability, content, and reservation flows.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to follow integration processes, coordinate testing, and ensure timely delivery.
2. PartnerCoordination:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for CM partners during the integration phase.
  • Track integration progress, align on timelines, and prepare partners for go-live.
  • Conduct basic training sessions for partners on OTA requirements and platform functionality.
3. Testing & QA:
  • Assist in executing end-to-end testing for ARI (Availability, Rates, Inventory) and reservation flows.
  • Monitor staging and production systems to identify and report issues.
  • Verify rate accuracy, booking rules, and cancellation policies as part of standard test cases.
4. Post-Go-LiveSupport & Maintenance:
  • Regularly monitor live channel performance through dashboards and system logs.
  • Collaborate with tech and operations teams to troubleshoot sync issues or booking errors.
  • Escalate partner concerns to relevant teams and help ensure timely resolution.
5. Documentation &Reporting:
  • Contribute to maintaining integration guides, configuration steps, and testing templates.
  • Share updates on ongoing integrations, known issues, and partner performance with internal stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Hospitality, or a related field, with 25 years of relevant experience in OTA, hospitality tech, or system integrations.
  • Prior experience with Channel Managers, PMS, or CRS platforms is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with XML/JSON APIs and integration workflows.
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills, with the ability to troubleshoot sync and reservation issues.
