Job Description
Summary:
Efficiently manage channels in the assigned area and drive sales through ASEs, promoters and merchandisers by working as the Team Lead.
Description:
- Achieve the budgeted secondary target and drive DMS and ensure proper fulfilment.
- Visit 40 outlets on a daily basis as per the assigned the route plan along with ASE/DSM.
- Monitor on a daily basis the Bill Cut and Line and achieve 20 BC and 15 LC on average from all the ASE's /DSM's.
- Ensure Distribution Excellence on basis of population Index i.e 150 Active Outlets per lakh of population.
- Ensure Proper execution of Marketing initiatives as per the organization requirement
- Ensure proper Stock maintenance at the Distributor point and reduce damages to the least extent (less than 2%).
