College onboarding

• Map colleges in your cluster and build a pipeline of institutions to onboard
• Pitch and sign Letters of Association with colleges; secure access to notice boards, fresher orientations, hostel common areas, and college fest stalls
• Build relationships with TPOs, placement cells, student affairs offices, and student body heads PG onboarding
• Identify and map high-density PG clusters near colleges and universities in your city
• Pitch PG owners and wardens on becoming Delhivery Direct touchpoints: explain the value of offering a courier facility to residents
• Negotiate placement of Delhivery branding (standees, QR codes, posters) within PG common areas and notice boards
• Onboard PG owners onto the program and ensure they are equipped to guide residents on booking shipments Demand generation & BTL
• Stay in touch with the colleges and identify on-ground activations: move-in/move-out season, semester breaks, fest season
• Track location-wise shipment volumes weekly; identify low-performing accounts and run re-activation Coordination & reporting
• Scout and flag strong CA candidates to the Program Manager based on on-ground conversations
• Report weekly to Program Lead: accounts activated, shipments generated and blockers

MUST-HAVES

• 24 years in field sales, BD, or on-ground marketing
• Experience cracking institutional partnerships: colleges, housing, offices, or similar
• Comfortable with volume targets and a conversion-focused mindset
• Strong communicator; equally at ease with a PG owner, a TPO, or a student
• Fluent in local language + Hindi & English GOOD TO HAVE
• Prior experience in edtech, FMCG, or campus-facing sales
• Existing network in college admin, PG operators, or student housing
• Exposure to BTL or experiential marketing
• Comfortable with basic Excel for pipeline and shipment tracking
• Familiarity with student courier occasions (move-out, resale, gifting)
