Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and relationship building with potential clients in the automotive, aerospace, oil & gas, heavy engineering, and industrial equipment industries.
• Identify client needs and provide solutions using presales techniques to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and plans for successful client acquisition.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.

Job Requirements :

• 5.5-8 years of experience in business development or a related field (e.g., sales).
• Proven track record of success in generating leads and closing deals in the industrial equipment/machinery industry.
• Strong understanding of the automotive, aerospace, oil & gas, heavy engineering sectors; ability to communicate effectively about technical products/services.
