Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong expertise in Temenos T24 (Transact) Retail Banking and hands-on experience working with Arrangement Architecture (AA).-The role focuses on requirements gathering, solution design, and process automation within core banking operations.
Key Responsibilities :-Gather and translate business requirements for T24 AA banking modules (Accounts, Deposits, Loans, Payments, FT, Customer).-Perform gap analysis, prepare BRDs/FSDs, and support solution design with T24 functional teams.-Collaborate with AA developers to define automation use cases and validate bot workflows.-Support SIT/UAT, defect resolution, and production rollout.-Partner with business stakeholders and operations teams to streamline and automate processes.-Ensure documentation, compliance, and adherence to T24 best practices.
Required Skills :-8+ years of T24 experience-Strong functional knowledge of Temenos T24 AA Banking modules.-Ability to write clear requirements, user stories, and test scenarios.-Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.-Experience in Agile delivery environments.
