Business Analyst

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology solutions. The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, stakeholder management, business process analysis, well understanding of design, mockups, BRS & FRS documentation, sprint grooming, user story writing, acceptance criteria defining, UAT support, and coordination with Product, UI/UX, Development, QA, and DevOps teams. Experience in Agile methodology and mobile application projects is preferred.

Mandatory (Must-Have) Skills:

• Strong requirement gathering and elicitation skills
• Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), PRD preparation
• User Story writing with Acceptance Criteria
• Agile Scrum methodology
• Sprint Planning & Grooming
• Wireframing and Process Flow creation (Visio, Draw.io, Figma, etc.)
• API understanding (REST APIs, JSON)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• JIRA & Confluence experience
• Gap Analysis and Impact Analysis
• UAT coordination and defect triage

Preferred candidate profile:

• Telecom domain experience
• Mobile application experience (Android/iOS)
• CMS knowledge
• Payment and Recharge journey understanding
• SQL for basic data validation
• AI-assisted requirement documentation and prompt engineering exposure
• Analytics tools (Firebase, Mixpanel, etc.)
