Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.

Support the development and implementation of business strategies by providing detailed analysis and recommendations.

Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team capability.

This position is based at our Pune office.
