Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct process discovery and assess automation opportunities.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Create Process Definition Documents (PDDs), workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with business stakeholders.
- Perform feasibility assessment and ROI analysis for automation candidates.
- Collaborate with RPA developers during design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts and automation lifecycle.
- Experience in process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
- Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and documentation standards.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process improvement.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Microsoft Power Automate.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process optimization methodologies.
- Exposure to AI/Intelligent Automation initiatives.
