Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Applications Engineer with 10+ years of expertise in designing, developing, administering, and supporting Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Teams, Azure, and enterprise application integration. The role requires technical leadership, solution design, stakeholder management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 Administration & Engineering
- Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 services.
- Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
- Manage security, compliance, governance, and licensing.
- Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 issues and provide L3 support.
Power Platform Development
- Design and develop solutions using:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio
- Build enterprise workflows and business process automation solutions.
- Implement governance and best practices for Power Platform.
SharePoint & Collaboration Solutions
- Develop and maintain SharePoint Online sites and applications.
- Configure document management, workflows, and collaboration platforms.
- Support Teams integrations and digital workplace initiatives.
Azure & Integration
- Develop integrations using Azure services.
- Work with Azure AD (Entra ID), App Registrations, Managed Identities, and APIs.
- Integrate Microsoft solutions with third-party enterprise applications.
