About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Qlik Replicate operations and production support. The role involves managing critical incidents, monitoring data replication processes, performing RCA, and ensuring platform stability across environments. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Role & responsibilities :
- Manage and resolve production incidents, ensuring timely RCA and issue resolution.
- Monitor and support Qlik Replicate environments, addressing alerts, failures, and performance issues.
- Own end-to-end Qlik Replicate operations, including monitoring, patching, upgrades, and reorganization activities.
- Provide L1/L2 support and collaborate with technical teams to maintain system reliability and uptime.
- Support operational governance, process improvements, and team coordination activities.
- Participate in on-call or extended support as required for critical business operations.
Preferred candidate profile :
- 6-10 years of experience in DevOps operations and production support.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Qlik Replicate administration (primary skill).
- Experience in incident and problem management with proven RCA capability.
- Exposure to L1/L2 production support, monitoring and alert management.
- Experience with patching, upgrades and reorganization activities on replication platforms.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills; willingness to work in on-call/extended support.
