Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, etc.
  
• Conduct initial screenings over phone calls to assess candidate fitment for open positions.
  
• Schedule interviews between clients and candidates based on client requirements and candidate availability.
  
• Follow up with both parties after each interview to ensure smooth communication flow.
  
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding candidate progress throughout the recruitment process.
