Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent from various sources such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
  
• Conduct initial screenings over phone calls to assess candidate fitment for open positions.
  
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates through video conferencing or in-person meetings.
  
• Manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions.
  
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to both clients and internal stakeholders.
