Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in full-cycle bench sales, successfully marketing C2C consultants (H1B, GC, USC, and EAD) and placing them on projects efficiently.
• Strong network and established relationships with Prime Vendors, Tier-1 Vendors, and Direct Clients across the US market.
• In-depth understanding of the US IT staffing industry, including visa classifications, tax terms, and current market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and account management skills with a strong track record of closing opportunities.
