Bench Sales Recruiter

Experience: Minimum 1 Year Experience is Mandatory in Bench Sales Recruitment

Job Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (100% Onsite)

Shift = 100% Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Basic understanding of bench sales lifecycle
• Knowledge of H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizens
• Identify requirements from various job boards, social media and vendors
• Source the best fit for the requirements
• Coordinate for interviews and negotiations
• Maintain trackers and database related to consultants
• Follow up with consultants and vendors till the closure of the position / requirement
• Attention to detail: Be very focussed in adhering to the compliance protocols
• Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizens) to vendors & clients
• Maintain client relationships and track submissions
  

Skills Required:

• Any graduation
  Excellent communication skills
  Knowledge of US visa classifications & tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
  Inclination to meet the defined parameters
  Quick learner
• Willing to work in US shifts
