Associate Technical Program Manager (A3A)
Location: Gurugram/Remote
Experience: 2-3 Years
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives across cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong technical foundation and an interest in project/program management within a fast-paced product and engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in coordinating product and engineering initiatives from planning through execution and release.
2. Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.
3. Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items to ensure smooth execution.
4. Support project planning activities, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
5. Facilitate meetings, follow-ups, and documentation to keep teams aligned on priorities and deliverables.
6. Monitor project progress and proactively highlight potential risks, blockers, or delays.
7. Maintain project dashboards, reports, and metrics to provide visibility into project health.
8. Collaborate with teams to improve processes, workflows, and execution efficiency.
9. Support release planning and deployment activities as required.
What We're Looking For:
a. 12 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Software Development, Business Analysis, or a related role.
b. Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
c. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
d. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
e. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
f. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools such as Jira, g. Confluence, or similar platforms.
h. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
i. Strong ownership mindset and willingness to learn and grow.
Preferred Qualifications
* Exposure to Agile/Scrum project environments.
* Basic understanding of software architecture, APIs, or cloud technologies.
* Experience working with engineering or product teams during internships or full-time roles.
