Technical Program Manager - Program Management

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Program Manager with 4 5 years of experience and a strong understanding of the fintech ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional programs, driving execution, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives in a fast paced environment.

Location: Gurugram

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for key business initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, operations and compliance.
• Define program scope, goals, timelines and success metrics.
• Track progress, identify risks and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Drive stakeholder communication and alignment across all levels.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to fintech.
• Analyze program performance and recommend improvements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements

• 4 5 years of experience in program/project management.
• Technically very strong.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of the fintech space (payments (preferred) or banking).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in agile or fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive outcomes independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in fintech banking or financial services.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance processes.
• Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence
