Job Description
- Receiving, reviewing, and processing RFQs from customers for plastic components and assemblies.
- Coordinate with engineering, tooling, production, quality, and procurement teams to compile technical and commercial inputs.
- Prepare preliminary cost estimates covering raw materials, tooling, cycle times, consumables, packaging, and logistics.
- Support the preparation of quotation proposals and ensure timely submission to customers.
- Maintain RFQ tracking sheets and follow up on pending submissions.
- Handle customer inquiries, change requests, schedule updates, and commercial discussions under guidance from senior leadership.
- Monitor cost changes related to materials, process modifications, and supplier updates.
- Work closely with engineering, purchase, production, quality, and finance teams for new project development.
- Maintain organized documentation including quotations, commercial offers, meeting minutes, and communication logs.
