Job Summary
We are seeking experienced AR Callers with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in the US Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should have experience handling inbound / outbound calls from patients and a good understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), including EOBs and insurance-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from patients and address their billing and account-related queries.
- Explain charges, payment options, and insurance details to patients.
- Review and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and insurance remittances.
- Assist patients with payment status, account balances, and claim-related inquiries.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams to resolve patient concerns.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
Required Skills
- Experience in US Healthcare AR Calling.
- Good understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Knowledge of EOBs, insurance claims, denials, and patient billing.
- Experience in handling inbound patient calls is an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and US shifts.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 0.62years in US Healthcare.
- Experience in AR Calling is mandatory.
- Candidates with B2-level communication skills are preferred.
- Experience in inbound voice processes is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with patient billing and collections.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
