Ascent is hiring for AR Caller with Hospital Billing (Epic) Experience in US Healthcare.

Job Role

• Reviewing and analyzing claim form UB04 to ensure accurate billing information.
• Make outbound calls to insurance providers for claim follow-ups and resolutions.
• Resolve denials & escalate unresolved claims.
• Maintain call quality & productivity standards.

Requirements:

• Min 1 Year of experience in US Healthcare in AR Follow-Up Can Apply.
• Min 6 Months of Experience in Hospital Billing is Mandatory
• EPIC PMS experience
• Should have a thorough understanding of Provider claim life cycle.
• Must have thorough knowledge of major insurance payers.
