Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in international voice experience (Or) AR Calling with Denial Management.
  • Experience in either CMS 1500 or UB-04 claims.
  • Experience in inbound calling is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to work in an inbound calling process.
  • Excellent communication skills are mandatory.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to resolve billing-related issues.
  • Manage patient accounts receivable (AR) through effective communication with customers to ensure timely payment.

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Location: Hyderabad (WFO).
  • Night shifts (Cab facility available for up to 30 km).
  • Relieving letter is mandatory.
