Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in international voice experience (Or) AR Calling with Denial Management.
- Experience in either CMS 1500 or UB-04 claims.
- Experience in inbound calling is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in an inbound calling process.
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to resolve billing-related issues.
- Manage patient accounts receivable (AR) through effective communication with customers to ensure timely payment.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Location: Hyderabad (WFO).
- Night shifts (Cab facility available for up to 30 km).
- Relieving letter is mandatory.
