Accounts Receivable Caller - Physician Billing

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct outbound calls to patients, providers, and insurance companies to resolve billing issues and collect payments.
• Manage denials by identifying root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing process improvements.
• Utilize CMS guidelines to ensure compliance with regulations during AR calls.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex billing discrepancies.

Job Requirements :

• 1.5-3 years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management (RCM).
• Strong understanding of CMS guidelines and regulations.
• Proficiency in AR calling, denial management, and RCM software applications.
