Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system stability.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.

Strong knowledge of system monitoring and troubleshooting techniques within SAP environments.

Experience in managing system performance, patching, and upgrades to maintain optimal functionality.

Ability to analyze logs and system alerts to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

Familiarity with database administration and integration points related to SAP systems.

Skilled in coordinating with multiple teams to implement solutions and maintain system health.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
