As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system stability and performance in a fast-paced environment.


Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system reliability.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP CPI for Data Services.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Energy.

Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues effectively.

Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and communicate technical information clearly.

Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level application environments.

Familiarity with integration platforms and middleware technologies related to SAP CPI.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP CPI for Data Services.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
