Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to improve system reliability and performance through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.

Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.

Strong knowledge of network protocols, architecture, and security principles.

Experience with monitoring and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve network-related issues.

Ability to analyze complex system interactions and provide effective solutions.

Familiarity with cloud-based network environments and infrastructure management.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining high availability and performance.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.

This position is based at our Chennai office.
