We have Urgent Opening in Accounts Receivable Executive for USA Based MNC -(Richi Circuitronix Gurgaon Sector 18).

• Position- Accounts Receivable Executive
• Exp 3 to 8 Years
• Shift Time- 11 Am to 8 PM
• Benefits - Both Side Cab facility only for Gurgaon & Meal
• Mode- Work from office from Gurgaon..

key responsibilities for the role:

• Generating and sending account invoices to customers on a daily basis.
• Updating the daily billing tracker to maintain accurate records of invoices and collections.
• Managing and monitoring accounts receivable transactions, ensuring time collection of outstanding invoices.
• Tracking and applying payments to customer accounts accurately.
• Generating and sending account statements to customers regularly.
• Reconciling accounts and following up with clients regarding overdue payments.
• Preparing aging reports and other financial reports for management review.
• Coordinating with internal teams to resolve billing disputes and discrepancies.
• Coordinating with internal teams and providing the data as per their daily requests.

Requirements: -

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field a plus
• Previous Accounts Receivable experience preferred
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures & taxation.
• Minimum 3 year of accounts payable and general accounting experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite
