About the Role


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive /

Senior Accounts Receivable Executive to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be

responsible for driving collections, managing client billing communication, maintaining

healthy receivables, and ensuring a seamless order-to-cash process.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset,

and the ability to build strong relationships while effectively managing outstanding

receivables. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to improve cash

flow and maintain accurate financial records.


Key Responsibilities

Invoice & Billing Management

  • Manage end-to-end invoice communication with clients.
  • Ensure timely submission of invoices and supporting documentation.
  • Resolve invoice disputes, billing discrepancies, and client queries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Proactively engage clients through calls and emails to resolve billing concerns.

Collections & Receivable Management

  • Drive collections by executing structured follow-up plans.
  • Conduct regular client calls and email follow-ups to recover outstanding payments.
  • Monitor customer payment commitments and ensure timely realization.
  • Maintain healthy receivable aging and improve collection efficiency.
  • Escalate high-risk or delayed accounts to management when required.

Dunning & Debt Control

  • Execute the complete dunning cycle for overdue invoices.
  • Prepare and monitor aging reports to prioritize collection efforts.
  • Identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with business teams to resolve commercial disputes impacting

collections.

  • Support initiatives to minimize bad debts and improve Days Sales Outstanding

(DSO).


Reporting & Financial Analysis

  • Prepare weekly and monthly Accounts Receivable MIS reports.
  • Analyze collection trends and overdue positions.
  • Review unbilled revenue and validate supporting documentation.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities related to receivables.
  • Provide actionable insights to management for improved cash flow.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring timely collections.
  • Maintain complete records of client interactions, payment commitments, and

follow-up history.


  • Act as the primary point of contact for receivable-related communication.

Process Improvement

  • Recommend improvements to receivable processes and collection strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
  • Support automation initiatives and process optimization projects.
  • Maintain high standards of documentation and data accuracy.

What We're Looking For


Senior Accounts Receivable Executive

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 24 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Credit

Control.

  • Proven experience handling large corporate accounts and high-value collections.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in managing escalations, reconciliations, and process improvements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
