Accounts And Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and smooth day-to-day financial operations.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, cash flow reports, budgets, forecasts, and profitability analysis to support strategic business decisions.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, payroll accounting, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, audits, and other statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Manage banking relationships, working capital, treasury operations, foreign remittances, and overseas payments while optimizing fund utilization.
• Handle export finance activities, including PCFC (Pre-Shipment Credit in Foreign Currency), export packing credit, and ensure compliance with EDPMS/IDPMS regulations.
• Prepare and analyse Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA) data, manage banking limits, negotiate credit facilities, and coordinate with financial institutions for business funding.
• Develop financial models, business valuations, funding proposals, investment analysis, and conduct financial due diligence for new business initiatives.
• Monitor project costs, inventory valuation, and departmental budgets while identifying opportunities for cost optimization and improved profitability.
• Act as the primary finance point of contact for clients, auditors, bankers, consultants, investors, and other external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Support business leadership by providing financial insights, risk analysis, and commercial recommendations in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team while implementing robust financial controls, SOPs, and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• CA Inter, CMA, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Export, Trading, or Natural Stone industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, MIS, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with ERP/Tally/Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
