Accounts And Finance Manager

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 812 years of post-qualification experience to join our Finance & Accounts team. The role involves managing financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, budgeting, MIS, and internal controls while supporting strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting, book closure, and financial reporting (Ind AS/IGAAP).
• Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate statutory/internal audits and finalize accounts.
• Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Strengthen accounting processes, SOPs, and internal controls.
• Support project accounting, RERA compliance, project costing, and profitability analysis for real estate projects.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8–12 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, audits, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Tally, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
• Experience in the real estate sector will be preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills.
