Marketplace Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Own GMV growth, revenue targets, and overall marketplace performance across all platforms.
• Build platform-specific growth strategies based on marketplace behaviour, category trends, and brand positioning.
• Identify growth opportunities, hero SKU scaling opportunities, and new revenue channels.
• Manage the complete product listing lifecycle from creation to go-live and ongoing maintenance.
• Drive PDP optimization and marketplace SEO through titles, bullet points, A+ content, keywords and Brand Stores to improve ranking and conversion.
• Coordinate new brand/product launches, marketplace onboarding, content readiness, inventory mapping and compliance.
• Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Design, Brand and Finance teams.

Preferred candidate profile

• 47 years of experience in Marketplace Growth, E-commerce Operations, Marketplace Management, Catalogue Management or Category Management.
• Hands-on experience managing major marketplaces such as Amazon, Nykaa, TIRA, Myntra and Flipkart.
• Experience in Beauty / Cosmetics / Personal Care / FMCG / D2C is preferred.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, bulk uploads and data validation.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and high SKU volumes in a fast-paced environment
