Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize the operations of our warehouses, stockyards, and distribution centers. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and efficient warehouse processes while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of warehouses, stockyards, and distribution centers, including receiving, stocking, packaging, and shipping.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and oversee sales order processing across multiple warehouses.
- Develop and implement warehouse procedures and logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and third-party logistics providers for smooth operations.
- Monitor obsolete or inactive inventory to minimize off-site storage costs.
- Receive quotations from logistics service providers, negotiate rates, and finalize contracts.
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards to track material movement from receipt to sales.
- Plan and manage transportation routes, carrier selection, and freight cost settlements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in warehouse operations.
- Participate in annual budget preparation for warehouse and logistics expenses.
- Continuously improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
