Warehouse Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Handle inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory and conduct stock audits/cycle counts.
• Monitor FIFO/FEFO and minimize stock damage, shortages, and wastage.
• Manage warehouse staff, shifts, productivity, and manpower.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Logistics, Production, and Accounts teams.
• Manage WMS/ERP/SAP-based inventory transactions.
• Ensure proper warehouse layout and space utilization.
• Track KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, dispatch accuracy, and turnaround time.
• Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and company SOPs.
• Handle documentation, MIS reports, and inventory reconciliation.
